I don't want to start only a forum or community over net, I am trying to start a group, a place where we can share our ideas, knowledge, and creativity. More than this we can share our resource.
This is a very simple idea, but very hard to implement. that's way i am looking for the serious people.

Current filmmaking concerns:
My last film on establishing the first Small and Medium Forest Enterprise in India titled 'Artistic approach' got selection for the 8th International Social Communication Cinema Conference organised by Roopkala Kendro, Department of Information & Cultural Affairs, Government of West Bengal in collaboration with Nandan, West Bengal Film Centre. The Regional Centre, National Afforestation and Eco-Development Board, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, a nodal centre under the Ministry of Environment & Forest, Government of India has produced the documentary. The documentary titled "Artistic approach" made by me has been forwarded by the concerned authority alongwith to Doordarshan Kendra, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India for national telecast. The documentary was also screened at state level marketing workshop on handicrafts organized by the office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Eastern Regional Office, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and highly appreciated by the Jharkhand Regional Office of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
About my films:
Several documentaries on different subjects of specific projects, corporate and social communications, business, education, culture, sports etc. have been made by me. Some of which are:

• Artistic approach
(on establishing first small and medium forest enterprise in India. Duration - 23 mints. Produced by NAEB, MoEF, GoI)

• The tender touch
(on women participation in NAP at Jharkhand. Duration - 17 mints. Produced by NAEB, MoEF, GoI)

• Forest Management Beyond JFM
(on implementation of a new concept of forest management at Purulia. Duration - 19 mints. Produced by NAEB, MoEF, GoI)

• Bipanno Basati
(on Ganga erosion at Maldah. Duration - 25 mints. Produced by a private producer)

• Tribal women, afforestation and sustainability
(on sustainable effort of tribal women in social forestry. Duration - 14 mints. Produced by a private producer)

• Mando Meyer Saatkahon
(on the rights of sex-workers Duration - 25 mints. Produced by a private producer)

• Deshnayak
(on the life of Subhas Chandra Bose at Calcutta. Duration - 28 mints. Produced by a private producer)

• River Training Project at Haldia
(on implementation of the river training project at Haldia dock complex. Duration - 27 mints. Produced by Calcutta Port Trust)

The documentary on tribal artisans of Jharkhand titled "Artistic approach", produced by the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India, was selected for the 8th International Social Communication Cinema Conference 2009, organised by Roopkala Kendro, Department of Information & Cultural Affairs, Government of West Bengal and screened at Nandan, the West Bengal Film Centre, Kolkata.

"Artistic approach" is accepted by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India for the national telecast in Doordarshan (the number one television channel in India in terms of absolute viewer-ship). Besides, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and The Handicraft Department, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India have highly appreciated it and screened the documentary at their various programmes.

“the tender touch” a documentary on women participation in National Afforestation Programme in Mandu, a village in Jharkhand accepted by Doordarshan Kendra, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India for national telecast. The women folk living in the forest fringe areas of Mandu have established and nurtured local temporary nurseries. As well as they protect and care the plantation done by them with a sustained effort. The documentary was highly appreciated by the the State Forest department of Jharkhand.

“Forest Management Beyond JFM” a documentary on a proposition for saving forests by making the forest fringe dwellers self-reliant to wean them away from forest has been accepted by Doordarshan Kendra, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India for national telecast. Joint Forest Management is a viable concept and is perhaps the only means of eco-restoration under Indian context, where too many people are too much dependent on too little forests. The documentary was highly appreciated by the the State Forest department of West Bengal.
