Filmaka.com just posted their next contest! They're looking for
pitches for a web series about people and their cars. You submit a
detailed written synopsis of a film 3 to 5 minutes in length, with 4
or 5 more episode ideas intended to total around 30 minutes of
original webisodic content. Finalists receive $5000 each. General
Motors is sponsoring the contest and if they decide to produce final
pitches, they will fund the production. Filmaka.com will start
accepting submissions in the middle of next week and the contest
closes March 11. Details at: http://www.filmaka.com/gm/

I'll post more Young Rationals songs and maybe there will be such a groundswell that it will force that reunion!!!
I'll send you my doc for your expert opinion as soon as I burn a few copies. it's getting a surround sound mix finished (hopefully ) this Friday.

Hey, Beth, how's it going out there? I'm glad that in addition to being friends, we are now "friends" in the online meaning, although I have no idea what benefits and obligations are connected with such a relationship. Are you staying in touch with Bobbie? She is goint to the Sorbonne in Paris next year. Yes. little Beth is (mostly) growed up and turns 20 in September. Wow!!

Hope all your projects are going well, glad to have a way to keep up with you, let me know when you will next be in beantown.

Henry, we never really got to coonect when I lived in Boston, but I always paid attention to what you were up to. Plus we have a mutual friend (at least one) in Willie Alexander. Anyway, I'm just getting the hang of this social networking media stuff and I thought I'd say hi.

Figuring out how one makes a living putting work on the internet (not just how one puts films for free on the internet). Keeping my spirits up.
About my films:
Really enjoying pursuing my music and film interests together, but the rights issues always make it a challenge. Still I am really focusing on that right now. Next film, The Winding Stream, should be done by the end of 2007, with any luck.
