In a perfect world we would give all our music away for free and survive on touring revenue, merchandising and licensing income. Alas this is not always possible. In order to eat we have to sell a few CD’s. The good news is that all tracks on this site have been released under this creative commons license
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0 We have made many Antiqcool songs free to download for a reason, we want you to…

As you explore FilmNet’s vast reserves of films, you’ll notice: some people’s work stands out. Sure there are titles here produced by world class film schools with tons of resources, but there are just as many semi-professional short films made by modest means. You can tell they had the same type of equipment and the same amount of people at their disposal as you do on your productions, but their stuff is just so damn good…
It’s all about making your film excel equally in all aspects.
If you q…

Launching a community site, like FilmNet, is kind of like trying to put on a party… in a tiny apartment… in Bosnia. It’s not so easy to get the A-list crowd (or any crowd) to show up. The way we see it, our greatness is inevitable. But right now, we just need to build up some street cred.
And we can’t do it without you, our bestest friends in the whole world. We’ve put a lot of effort into developing the site and contacting people to be the initial set of users and contributors. Help us continu…

As a local North Shore documentarian, I'm very excited to share that my film has been accepted by the Woods Hole Film Festival at the end of July this year. It's my first film, self-produced and financed. More a character study of devoted fishermen than about fishing, it was filmed on Plum Island, Massachusetts, just off the coast of Newburyport. It's also showing June 5 and 6 at the
Newburyport Firehouse Center for the Arts. I hope some of you might come.…

Hello,
My name is Doris Anne Beaulieu. I have a website-Life’s Ultimate Test dot com-on which you can learn more about my mission to change the face of home schooling.
I attended a parochial school as a child in the 1950's. In this Catholic school I was sheltered from the realities of the world around me-from swearing, from public displays of affection, from slang. These are often some of the same things that modern home schooling parents aim to protect their children from. A superior court judg…

Re: Film Contest
HUMTOO is a site for film-makers who are looking for music for their films. Film-makers can create a project on HUMTOO and find suitable music by posting a project that our music making community bids for by pitching their tracks. When the project closes, the film-maker chooses the track they want to use for their film.
HUMTOO is currently running HUMFEST, a new project development contest offering a
$650 prize for the best film (or part thereof) that sources music from HUMTOO…

Hello community! I just wanted to reach out to everybody and shed light on how I am taking advantage of the new "blended" search results that Google is producing. As you are all probably aware, videos are now integrated in Google's natural search. It also appears that they are being favored as apposed to traditional HTML. Anyways I have been practicing Video SEO, or the science of using video to dominate search engine results, for the past few months and am integrating it into my video productio…

When Dissertation Troubles Surrounded Me:

dissertation help at the time when I was totally disappointed and had braced myself to meet the disaster regarding my PhD degree. It was the worst time of my life when I even thought of my dissertation disapproval.
I was busy working and handling my social life. You can say that I was hanging in bala…

Boston MA - Nominations for the 15th annual Chlotrudis Awards were
finalized by the
film group’s nominating committee this past weekend. Among the top
nominations is a film that, for the first time ever, was deemed eligible
for both the narrative and documentary categories, Guy Maddin’s MY
WINNIPEG. A fantastically nostalgic look back at his hometown, this
‘docu-fantasia’ as Maddin has called it, mixes stock historical footage
with surreal imagery and the director’s unique style to conjure up a…
