Hey everyone,
Four months ago we asked you to pitch us your election stories -- with your help we chose which pitches to send into production and used your feedback to steer the projects in the right direction. And now 6 of YOUR election stories are complete and ready to watch online.
The results are as diverse as they are pertinent -- there's a piece about students campaigning to save their ethnic studies program, a pop-up-video style meditation on whether your vote makes a difference,… Continue

Check out our interview on YouTube to get Katrina's thoughts abou… Continue

The WGBH Lab is nearing the end of its Open Call for short film pitches about the 2008 Election. So far the pitch pool is still fairly small -- 28 as of right now -- not to mention the fact that Boston is sorely underrepresented! So if you've got an idea for a short, now's the perfect time to submit. We all know Boston's got a great indie scene (I'm part of it!), so let us help prove it!

The WGBH Lab has posted the user-created shorts we received as part of our latest call on Caregiving. There's some interesting stuff in there, including a fictional re-enactment, an avant-garde dream-sequence, and a vblog piece about language.
Check 'em out -- we'll be using your feedback to help determine which ones may make it to national TV.
