TWO FESTIVALS OPENING THIS WEEK, PLUS INTERESTING DOCS IN THEATERS!

THE WOODS HOLE FILM FESTIVAL opens 7/26 and the ROXBURY FILM FESTIVAL opens 7/28. Also, screening in theaters this week are some worthwhile docs-- Roman Polanski doc, Hunter Thompson doc, Phillip Glass doc, and others. On the CONNECT THE DOCS WEB SITE, http://www.connectthedocsboston.org, I created a FESTIVALS page where I've uploaded festivals logos with embedded links. I'm also updating every week the DOC SCREENINGS AND EVENTS AROUND TOWN page with a link to every film and every venue. In addition, I've added a VENUES PAGE with logos with embedded links. So... if you're looking to see an indie film, you can navigate the different pages by festival, by film and/or by venue. HAPPY MOVIE GOING!

Hi all,
Please do note the new feature on filmmakers workshop--EVENT LISTINGS.  It s easy to post your event and to spread the word to all the other members of the workshop with this new feature.  You can enter new events by using the "Events" tab and filling in the information--or by going directly to the "events" box right on the main page.
