IFFBOSTON final call for entries! Deadline is December 31st!

Hi everyone,

The 7th annual Independent Film Festival of Boston is coming up April 22-28 and our final call for entries deadline is at the end of this month, December 31st. We are very excited to be returning to the Somerville Theatre, the Brattle Theatre, the Coolidge Corner Theatre, and to be adding the Institute of Contemporary Art to our list of screening venues. We have many exciting things in store for the festival this year and we're looking for films to showcase to Boston-area audiences.

We are looking for:

Narrative Features (all kinds)
Documentary Features
Short Films
Animation (We are really looking to do animation shorts blocks and at least one animated feature)
Experimental Films (Our experimental shorts block was a huge success last year. We want more!)
Horror (for our After Dark timeslots)
GLBT Interest

We plan to show 80-90 films, have panel discussions, special guest speakers, and nightly parties as we always do.
